• I purchased this fixture for our beach house, which is not our permanent residence. It took some time to coordinate our schedule with our electrician, so our return window had expired by the time we hung it. When we pulled out all the boxes, we realized that one of the glass globes had arrived broken. I contacted KCO and they immediately sent a replacement, which arrived in about 3 days. They were so friendly and understanding, and could not have been more helpful. The fixture is beautiful and i would absolutely order from them again!

• Searched for a long time for a light with a clear globe design to match some pendant lights we had installed. This was a perfect find and also a perfect size for our dining room table. We contacted the seller to order direct from them and have a clear hanging wire instead of the black wire in stock from Amazon warehouse. We feel the clear is much better suited for the silver fixture. Could not be happier with the purchase. We also ordered the following bulbs from Amazon which are a perfect size and are dimmable with this fixture. No buzzing or flickering.

• Love this light!!! Completes my dining room and makes it look more modern! All the parts were in the box and it arrived on time. Electrician came out to install and it took him less than 10 min. Everything worked amazing!
