We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your received product is over 90 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Return
To start a return, you can contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return email with shipping label and mailing address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Then what you need to do is send the product to the mailing address we provide. A shipping fee will apply for return on your own cost.

If your return is received, inspected and determined to be eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed. If the return is for personal reasons, we will deduct the cost of the item we sent will be deducted from the refund amount. If it is due to product quality or our responsibility, we refund the full amount.
For eligible returns, your refund will be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually 2-5 days for credit card refunds.

Breakage during the shipping process
In rare cases breakage can occur, but we cannot exclude that crushing and collision during shipping is the cause of broken parts, please contact us and we will replace the broken parts for you free of charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as mystery box, clearance items,gift card, and custom items are final products and cannot be refunded, but we will exchange or replace the item due to our responsibility. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
