Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller delivers the order to the courier. Generally, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. For special orders, a processing time of 3-59 business days is required. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.
Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

KCO HOME offers free shipping for Standard Delivery. If you want to choose Expedited Delivery, we simply pass the exact shipping rate we have onto you!

KCO Home can also ship to the countries that are not mentioned above(not free shipping), we need to calculate the shipping fee based on the real weight & volume, welcome to contact us before you place an order.
1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.
3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

5. If you need KCO lighting Products in a very short time, you can contact us, (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the difference in shipping cost.
When will you receive the shipment? Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in international shipping. In order to track your order, please contact KCO Customer Center (email@example.com) so that we can provide you with a tracking number for your order.
What if I can't find my package?
In rare cases, you may not be able to find your product, even if the tracking information from a shipping agent, such as FedEx or UPS, shows that it has been delivered. Please don't worry! We are always here to help and we will make sure you will receive the product you ordered. Please contact us within 30 days. After that time, claims for lost packages cannot be made to the shipping agent and there is nothing we can do about it
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Breakage in transit
In rare cases, breakage can occur, but crushing and bumping in transit cannot be ruled out as a cause of part breakage, please contact us and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.
